Intern Reviews

  • “I was truly excited to come into this internship every day. No one seems to be a stranger here as many people will greet you in the halls or ask how your day was, even if they have no idea who you are or what you do. There are constantly company events that are open to interns to network and get to know more about the company and people who work here.”
  • “The overall firm culture is outstanding and makes it very enjoyable to come into the office every day and continue to build connections. The overall environment is relaxed but business oriented. When it's time to get the work done, it is all business, but there are a variety of work events that allow for you to relax and build relationships within the firm. I work 40 hours a week, and the work/life balance is great. The flexibility in the scheduling is also very impressive.”
  • “It was full-time, 40 hours a week, and I enjoyed every second of it. The culture was amazing and made accounting work enjoyable.”
  • “The work-life balance as an intern was very flexible. Most weeks, we only trained/worked Monday through Wednesday, and on Thursday and Friday, we got to participate in client tours, volunteer events, team-building activities, and more. The quality of life was also very great - we were provided with lunch most days, and the firm hosted happy hours to help us meet people and get a good feel for the firm culture.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “Everything was very easy and quick during the hiring process.”
  • “I thought the hiring process was very concise, standard, and straightforward. We were to write a few essays, submit necessary documents, and have a virtual interview. I felt confident going into my interview, and I thought the questions were very applicable to the job…”
  • “There were 2 interviews. The interview process was made comfortable but professional. It really seemed to have a feeling of interest in who am, what my skills are, and what I seek to become as a professional rather than just going through a checklist or questionnaire. I felt a genuine interest when asked questions and interviewed.”
  • “The hiring process was very easy. The application was relatively quick- you are required to write two ‘essays’, which I think were important as they helped the interviewer get to know me a bit. I was recruited through my university's career center—the interview time and place were set up for me. I had my first interview with the recruiter and my second interview with an HR employee and an audit manager. The interviews were quick, and I felt like the interviewers were actually interested in getting to know me.”
