Online MBA

4.0 of 5 stars

December 2018 | FORMER STUDENT

Uppers

Some professors are excellent, highly qualified experts and skilled educators. Some projects were super applicable to real life.

Downers

Increased focus on mandatory attendance during my time at KD. Not enough accountability in group work. Some projects are contrived/artificial. Some classes had a lot of time-consuming non-value-added busywork.

Comments

You can get as much or as little out of this MBA experience as you want. Find out about professors before registering for classes, some are wonderful and others are awful.

August 2018 | FORMER STUDENT

Uppers

A smart diversified student body from around the country

Great professors who make time for students and are focused on teaching

Many course selections

Downers

No merit scholarships for non-MBA graduate programs

Most employment opportunities available to students are regionally found in the mid-west.

Comments

Prospective graduate students should consider the fact that the Kelley School of Business offers a great business education at much lower tuition costs than many other comparable business schools

March 2015 | FORMER STUDENT

Uppers

Prestige, professors are passionate, networking and alumni opportunities are unparalleled, club and internship opportunities are unlimited.

Downers

The school is working so hard to become a midwest ivy that it overlooks blatant misuse of professor/student relationships. From cheating and bribing to sexism, it's all there and Kelley refuses to acknowledge the exponential growth of this entitled attitude for fear it will inhibit the forward momentum.

Comments

Decide what your priority is and if you can handle a school that positively challenges you and offers enormous opportunities while navigating a labyrinth of sexism, bribing, and other awful character flaws.
