&lt;p&gt;The folks at Top-Consultant today released preliminary results of a survey that polled consulting recruiters on their hiring plans in 2011. Also, with the likes of Deloitte and KPMG announcing their extraordinarily grandiose hiring plans, it&#39;s nice to hear that recruiters on the ground are finally starting to reach out to candidates.
