&lt;p&gt;Women in Consulting, an interactive network of female consultants based in San Francisco, recently announced its program line-up for the first quarter of 2011.  Opportunities to network, learn new skills, develop existing expertise, and much more are plentiful for women in the Bay Area&amp;mdash;and for female consultants nationwide.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The line-up kicks off with tomorrow&#39;s webinar entitled &quot;Blogging for Better Business:  Get the Results You Want&quot;, which runs from 11 am to 12 pm (Pacific Time) and costs $30 for non-members.
