During the development phase, I plan and track daily tasks, often using tools like Asana, and maintain constant communication with my team and clients. My tasks include designing workflows, writing code, testing solutions, and ensuring alignment with project goals.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vault:&lt;span&gt;&#160;&lt;/span&gt;What training, classes, experience, or skills development would you recommend to someone who wishes to enter your practice area?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Salma: I’d recommend starting with ServiceNow documentation and courses to build a solid technical foundation.
