Bank of America Forks Over $4.4 Billion in Bonuses

The bonuses will be paid mostly in stock and will include clawback provisions; big swinging BofA bankers will receive about $5 million for their efforts in '09.
BofA also recently announced that it boosted its CEO salary from $800,000 in '09 to $950,000 in '10, meaning chief Brian Moynihan will nearly be making a minimum of a million this year in his new position.
