Word is Bank of America's hiring 1,000 new employees in Jacksonville, Florida.

Granted, Jacksonville isn't the first city you think of when you think of high finance, but as the birthplace of Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Allman Brothers Band, it's a place where, if you're lucky enough to get a gig with B. Moynihan and the boys, y'all'll be able to kick off your boots and let your hair down some, instead of burning the oil till two in the morn (like them crazy Northerners do).

Jax is also home to some pretty decent beaches. And isn't all that far from Hotlanta.
