While networking can occur externally (connecting with people outside your company), it can also take place internally (with those inside your company). You might only see someone once a week, month, or year, but it’s still important to have some type of relationship with them. In fact, it&#39;s important to have some type of a relationship with as many people inside your organization as possible.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Below,&#160;you&#39;ll find&#160;the main&#160;reasons why internal networking is so important,&#160;followed by&#160; specific tips for successful internal networking.
