In other non-traditional job search news, the UK-based Caterer.com has gotten some notice for its hospitality job boards by way of its short ads posted on YouTube.  (Why bother with traditional advertising at all when we&#39;ve got YouTube?)  The comic spots feature a grade school-age Gordon Ramsay, the ridiculously louche London chef known as much for his Michelin stars as for his foul mouth on American and British telly.  But here&#39;s the brilliant part: Traffic at Caterer.com increased 300% after the clips were released.  For a (figurative) taste, feast your eyes on the clip below.
