Defeat the Ninja Interviewer, Get the Job [No, you may not s

Courtesy of our old masked buddy, the Job Search Ninja, comes yet another game! You might recall a couple of recession-y flash games we've highlighted around here, but instead of toying with innocent employees' lives or handing out bailouts, the Ninja Game might teach you a useful strategy or two to nail your next interview.

The premise is simple: Beat the Ninja Interviewer and land the job. You're given a profile that details your background and experience, and another one that describes the job and the company you're interviewing with. You're then asked to answer to a series of common interview questions by using the information at your disposal to choose the correct answer from 3 options. Each question has a Best answer worth 1 point, a Neutral answer worth nothing, and a Negative answer that takes away 1 point. You progress through the game by choosing enough Best answers to reach the next level, of which there are three. At each level, the situations get more difficult.

Just as in real life, getting the job is not easy! However, if you use the given information and choose your answers thoughtfully, you'll begin to see improvement and progress further until finally..you're hired! The lesson to take from the game, of course, is that the same premise holds true in real life. Pick up useful tips from resources like the Job Search Ninja (and, ahem, ahem, Pink Slipped) and apply your knowledge. The more you know, the more prepared you'll be, and the more prepared you are, the more likely you are to nail the interview and get the job.
