She&#39;s quoted today in a CNBC article, Life After Wall Street Layoff:  Different Job, Less Money:&lt;p&gt;&quot;Of course there are jobs,&quot; says Deb Wheatman, Career Expert at Vault, a web based resource for career management and job search information. &quot;You just need to be very diligent and focused to identify opportunities and pursue them and close the deal.&quot;&lt;p&gt;She also reminds people that, &quot;Between jobs, people feel like they are in limbo. When you are laid off, your perception of yourself changes.  People need to be confident and put away their fears.
