(Whew!)  But we bet you didn&#39;t know that, aside from all that, the company hosts its own social interaction platform.  So whenever the mood strikes, peek into Vault&#39;s Discussion Boards.  They&#39;re anything you want them to be -- use them to compare benefits packages, get advice on cracking open the door, offer (or snag) a job referral, pick the brains of coworkers from other units of your company (away from the prying eyes of &quot;Big Brother&quot;) or even air a grievance or two.  (Complaining is always better when there&#39;s someone &quot;listening.&quot;)&lt;p&gt;If you&#39;re looking for something in particular, you can narrow the scope of the conversations that appear by filtering them by company, region, career topic, industry or educational status.
