&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Q:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;I will be fishing up my last year of Law School in December. I am both black and gay. I&#39;ve been a summer associate at two different firms, and while neither made me uncomfortable, I&#39;d really like to work somewhere that&#39;s not only diverse racially, but is good for women as well. I know there are lists of &quot;Best Law Firms for Women&quot; but some of these seem to be geared more towards working-mother types, which I may be at some point but am not yet!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Signed,&lt;br /&gt;Bellying up to the bar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;A: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;It&#39;s always good to work somewhere you feel comfortable and where you&#39;ll be treated equally regardless of sexual orientation, race, or gender.
