Stump the Intern! [Reader Mail]

Q: While I'm grateful to be employed I currently work for a company that really treats its employees poorly. I enjoy my co-workers, and the work itself isn't too bad, but I always feel as though someone is breathing down my neck, waiting for me to trip up. And so, I'd like to start sending out resumes to companies known for being pleasant places to work. Can you point me in the right direction?

A: Hiding, I hope for your sake that you're writing this to me on your personal Blackberry rather than the one to which your company's got you tethered.
