&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span&gt;Q:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span&gt; I teach a high school elective class on &quot;real-world&quot; preparedness and one of our upcoming units is on resumes and cover letters. Although I&#39;m sure the kids would love to see &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span&gt;my&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span&gt; resume&amp;#8212;(&quot;You graduated from college before we were even &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span&gt;born&lt;i&gt;?!)&amp;#8212;they are all interested in a variety of different careers, and I went right into teaching after graduation. There are samples on there from the nonprofit sector, the ad industry, and the now-de rigeur Capitol Hill.
