Ageism in decline

BigLaw is a party; everyone says so. Like any party, showing up too early or staying too late can lead to some awkwardness. Well, Kathleen ("Doogie Esq") Holtz is redefining "fashionably early" and there are some signs that it'll get tougher to tell older partners that they've worn out their welcome.

Even Big Tobacco isn't finding it so easy to oust its graying lawyers.
