Continuing with our rolling release of the 2023 rankings, we proudly present this year's Best Law Firms to Work For.
Repeating as the overall winner is McDermott, Will & Emery. Rounding out the overall top ten are:

We also provide rankings in each of the specific subcategories of our survey. That said, McDermott, Will & Emery is dominant in nearly all subcategories, taking the number one spots in Satisfaction, Firm Culture, Hours, Associate/Partner Relations, Transparency, Informal Training, Quality of Work, Technology & Innovation, Compensation, Wellness, Business Outlook, and Lateral & Clerk Integration. They were edged out in Career Outlook by Warner Norcross + Judd, LLP, and in formal training by Ropes & Gray LLP. Rounding out the category winners, we have Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP owning the top spot in Pro Bono, and Williams & Connolly LLP took the top spot in Selectivity.
