Eli and Hays are the co-founding partners of Shahmoon &amp;amp; Ellisen LLP, a boutique practice that focuses on corporate and technology law. Prior to opening S&amp;amp;E, Eli practiced corporate securities law at Cravath, Swaine &amp;amp; Moore LLP and Sidley Austin LLP in New York and was also general counsel to the Limewire peer-to-peer music-sharing service and a London-based hedge fund. Hays spent over 10 years as a BigLaw transactional attorney in New York, most recently as a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
