Associates from the newcomers that participated in Vault’s 2015 Law Firm Associate Survey, a survey of over 17,000 associates from over 150 large and mid-sized law firms from across the United States, were eager to praise their firms’ family-friendly policies that may have allowed them to beat out other firms and make the Yale Law Women’s list.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;An associate from WilmerHale raved:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;“We have a VERY generous parental leave policy.&#160; If you&#39;re a primary caregiver you get 4.5 months PAID, and 2 months paid if you&#39;re a secondary caregiver.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And an associate at Cadwalader noted:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;“The women&#39;s law initiative is probably the most successful and the most advanced. The women I know who have been involved in the pilot program to be paired with a sponsor partner have been excited about it.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Congratulations to all the firms that ranked in the 2015 Yale Law Women’s Top Ten Family Friendly Firms list.
