Sit, stand, or walk?

It's hard to know which position is the best to work in. Sitting kills. Standing for too long isn't that much better. And a treadmill desk might be fine to use at home but isn't exactly going to win you friends at the office.

And so, if you find yourself sitting in a cube, like most of the working world, then you should take the very excellent and very simple advice below on how to set up your desk to avoid all those common aches and pains that come with working these days.
