Why CohnReznick?
Community Development
Through the clients we serve and the work that we do, CohnReznick continues to be a catalyst for community development that has transformed neighborhoods and improved lives. Whether helping stakeholders navigate complex affordable housing and New Markets Tax Credit programs, providing boots-on-the-ground implementation of governmental disaster recovery efforts, or supporting renewable energy developers with tax equity financing and capital markets guidance, we are committed to advancing the growth and sophistication of the community development industry.
Giving Back
Supporting our communities is a fundamental part of the CohnReznick purpose and culture. At the national level, CohnReznick contributes to many different causes, including humanitarian and disaster relief efforts, through the CohnReznick Foundation. Our employees give back to their communities through CohnReznick CARES – our platform for Community, Advocacy, Responsibility, Education, and Service.
Awards and Recognition
CohnReznick has been a certified Great Place to Work® since 2022. We have also been recognized by Newsweek as one of the country’s Most Loved Workplaces®. Our firm and our people routinely earn industry awards for our work in areas such as construction, cybersecurity, education, hospitality, government, private equity, and transactions.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive culture where we find strength in our differences. Our people continue to champion the development and management of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across the firm. From new perspectives to allyship to leadership to professional development, the communities that our ERGs create are integral to cultivating belonging across teams, levels, and geographies. In addition, The Human Rights Campaign Foundation awarded CohnReznick a score of 100 out of 100 on its 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
Total Rewards
We continually adjust to the evolving needs of our team members by offering them a highly competitive package of health and lifestyle benefits created to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
CohnReznick’s Wellness Reimbursement Account: this program reimburses team members up to $600 annually on eligible purchases of gym memberships, indoor/outdoor sporting equipment, weight loss programs, and many other items that contribute to their physical and mental wellness.
CR Takes Time Together: One of the most important ways we can recognize the dedication and hard work of our people is to give them quality time to fully disconnect and recharge. For two weeks each year – July 4 week and Thanksgiving week – CohnReznick takes time off together by closing our physical and virtual locations.
Way to CPA: To recognize the time and effort dedicated to achieving a CPA, we offer team members bonuses up to $10,000 for CPA exam completion; we cover the cost of CPA exam fees; and provide an additional 37.5 hours of flex time to study or sit for a CPA exam.
