Gordon Dyal & Co. Advisory Group LP is a New York City-based independent investment banking advisory firm. It advises clients on M&A, restructuring, defense against hostile/unsolicited raids, activist shareholder situations, and board of director special committee assignments. The firm was founded in 2016 by former Goldman Sachs banker Gordon Dyal. Prior to Goldman, where he worked for 16 years, Dyal held positions with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Dyal is a member of the Board of Overseers of Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and is a trustee of the Wildlife Conservation Society.
