<h3>The Opportunity</h3>
<p>Location: this is a remote role but you must reside in the state of California (CA). Responsible for evaluating and decisioning consumer offerings within ALLY underwriting policies.  Expected to develop and maintain a high level of customer service for the assigned territory.  The territory assigned will require the management of a portfolio of dealers and also leverage the potential to further grow the business.  The targets and requirements are aligned with the entry level position.</p>
<h3>The Work Itself</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maximize portfolio revenue by practicing sound underwriting judgement and risk management principles.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with underwriting policies; evaluate risk issue’s, and stay abreast of constant changes in policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Limited travel will be required for this role.</li>
<li>Requires flexibility in work schedule, evening hours including weekends.</li>
</ul>
<h3>The Skills You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>1+ years of auto finance consumer underwriting is required.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Prior leadership experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Education may be used as a proxy.</li>
<li>Perform technical tasks required to support ongoing business operations.</li>
<li>Typically requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. </li>
<li>Familiar with Auto Finance Industry, consumer Credit, trend analysis/analytics.</li>
<li>Excellent sales, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Must be independent worker with strong time management skills.</li>

<h3>The Skills You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven Experience in an engineering leadership role, with a focus on mobile application development</li>
<li>Experience in platform level development creating scalable technologies used by multiple teams</li>
<li>Deep understanding of mobile technologies, platforms, and frameworks (iOS, Android, React Native, etc.).</li>
<li>6+ years of development on mobile technologies</li>
<li>2+ years of mentoring and leading a team</li>
<li>Proficiency in React Native, including hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications using these technologies</li>
<li>Experience with creating accessible app experiences meeting WCAG guidelines.</li>
<li>Experience with creating and maintaining CICD pipelines for mobile apps</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience managing Apple and Google’s app stores and familiarity with the policies</li>
<li>Ability to jump in and work with the team to debug and solve complex problems</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Experience working in an Agile development environment</li>
<li>Experience managing a backlog and meeting commitments</li>
<li>Experience working in a distributed engineering environment, with multiple teams contributing to a single application</li>
<li>Proactively track industry trends, emerging technologies and tools and driving innovation across the platform</li>
<li>A track record of successfully delivering mobile projects from concept to completion</li>

<h3>The Opportunity</h3>
<p>The Senior SmartLease Specialist is responsible the sales and support of Ally’s SmartLease strategy.  The candidate will work with our team of sales and support specialists and be responsible for executing Ally’s growth lease sales and support strategy. This individual will be responsible for a specific sales territory and expected to coordinate with their manager, Account Executives, Directors of Sales, and dealership customers.  Position requires servicing Ally dealership customers that will require periodic travel. Position will require strong understanding of Ally’s lease opportunities, knowledge of programs for all OEMs Ally provides leasing for, ability to build and present presentations and proposals. We are open to a candidate sitting anywhere in the US with close proximity to an airport, but would prefer someone sitting in the Northeast or Midwest. </p>
<h3>The Work Itself</h3>
<ul>
<li>Candidate will be responsible for getting the message out, both internally and externally to our partners. </li>
<li>Identifying vehicle specific opportunities to grow lease originations, completing monthly reports, seeking management approval for plans and activities, and helping our overall goal of maximizing our Growth lease business.  </li>
<li>Will work closely with our existing SmartLease sales team and our matrix teams to ensure plans include organization objectives and achieve returns needed. </li>
<li>Understanding of advantages of Ally programs and how we partner with dealers to drive business will assist in this role.</li>
</ul>
<h3>The Skills You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of outside sales experience is required.</li>
<li>3+ years of auto finance industry experience is preferred, specifically in leasing.</li>
<li>Background in dealership operations or strong understanding of how dealerships operate is preferred</li>
<li>Experience presenting leasing to retail customers and/or dealers.</li>
<li>Must have leadership experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage processes is critical</li>
<li>Individual must be sales oriented, self-motivated, and display excellent time management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.</li>
