About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Associate to join the Corporate Finance team. This role will involve large-scale responsibilities across financial and managerial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis of key financial and performance indicators, monthly and quarterly management and board reporting duties (including support during the financial close), financial modelling, along with partnership across key business and department leads to enhance decision making. The FP&A Associate will report into Firmwide FP&A,Vice President.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support the budgeting and forecasting of the firm’s consolidated key financial performance indicators, with emphasis on revenue, volume activity, and select GAAP and Non-GAAP metrics, liaising with line of business FP&A teams, sales and business leads, while providing analysis of budget vs. actuals and real-time forecasting.</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of the company’s annual budget process across key financial performance indicators, volume-based inputs and activity and client level detail, while evaluating overall firmwide performance targets.</li>
<li>Develop key financial and performance metrics dashboards with detailed analytics for the Management Committee, Board of Directors, and Business Leads.</li>
<li>Identify and assess key opportunities to enhance the current reporting structure and develop new approaches to evaluate business performance.</li>
<li>Partner with line of business FP&A teams and sales to develop monthly analysis and insights into variances between budget vs. actual results, client analytics and forecasts</li>
<li>Perform sales analytics to support the business development and growth of the firm globally.</li>
<li>Support the end-to-end preparation of monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages, including consolidation of financial statements, budget vs. actual results and revised forecasts, variance analysis and compilation of the company KPI reports.</li>
<li>Identify and remediate process gaps and implement effective internal controls; improve documentation of internal control processes.</li>
<li>Assist in completing special projects as needed, such as implementation of new software, platform reporting automation, and financial planning and analysis tools.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting or accounting experience within the financial services industry and/or FP&A experience with a top-tier firm.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Private Market Investments such as Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Structured Investments is preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Preference for candidates with experience in planning and ERP tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Tableau, etc. Oracle NetSuite and/or General Ledger systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Axiom preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Able to work with business, sales and department leads on business performance including budgeting, forecasting and advanced analysis</li>
<li>Advanced degree and/or credentials desired, such as MBA, CPA, CFA</li>
<li>Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Strong organizational, planning, quantitative modeling, and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative thinking</li>
<li>Able to manage large sets of data and implement checks and balances</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Detailed oriented with big picture capability</li>

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $ 80,000 to $ 110,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst or Associate to join our Structured Investments Separately Managed Account (“SMA”), Outcome Driven Strategies (ODS) Distribution team to focus on national sales support. This position will assist senior ODS Product Specialists in an internal sales capacity and work closely with clients to further drive product adoption, strategies awareness, and revenue growth for iCapital’s separately managed account of structured notes. This individual is strategic, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to help other sales personnel manage multiple clients as they develop new relationships. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prospect RIAs and other advisors by proactively reaching out via email and phone to schedule Teams and Zooms and in-person meetings for ODS Product Specialists.</li>
<li>Conduct 50+ outbound calls a day.</li>
<li>Assist Product Specialists in building out in-person meetings for road shows.</li>
<li>Update monthly marketing materials working with Compliance, Legal and Marketing teams.</li>
<li>Assist with follow-ups and client requests as required.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing team on email campaigns, webinars, industry events, etc.</li>
<li>Collect and maintain competitor analysis in addition to learning the structured note SMA marketplace.</li>
<li>Articulate ODS strategies and compare them with competitors once licensed.</li>
<li>Identify referral opportunities.</li>
<li>Learn financial markets and portfolio strategies.</li>
<li>Utilize contact management systems to capture information, schedule follow up activities and manage pipeline.</li>
<li>Prepare for and pass the necessary licenses, if not previously completed. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in a related field</li>
<li>Experience within the sales and client service industry, financial services industry is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent relationship, follow-up, and communication skills</li>
<li>Personable and have an interest in a client facing role</li>
<li>Knowledge of the financial services industry</li>
<li>Motivated and trustworthy team player</li>
<li>Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of private markets, structured products, and options is a plus</li>

<h3>About the Role</h3>
iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Advocate Analyst to join the Data Solutions team. This individual must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive basis. Daily activities will be diverse, from setting up and maintaining software applications, to assisting clients with issues, special projects, sales calls, and helping with all the non-related tasks associated with building an innovative company. The role is a mix of finance and technology.
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Financial Reporting and Data Aggregation tools.</li>
<li>Analyze and explain portfolio performance results.</li>
<li>Conduct account level reconciliation, including research and resolution of all breaks, cancels, and corrects.</li>
<li>Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for input into system.</li>
<li>Consolidate data from multiple sources and custodians.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely statements and data entry.</li>
<li>Generate reports as needed.</li>
<li>Work with clients and partners to resolve data issues.</li>
<li>Develop and strengthen client relationships via client on-boarding, client account setup, training, day-to-day support and issue management.</li>
<li>Maintain software maintenance, system setup and configuration which includes new client setup, new financial account and asset set-up and classification. This assists in data feed management, creating custom reports based on client-specific needs, liaise with the vendor partners for enhancements, and system data issues.</li>
<li>Work with the team to prioritize individual and communal work to ensure all projects are completed on time and to detailed specifications.</li>
<li>Establish operational effectiveness through the development, adoption of policies, procedures, and controls.</li>
