Build the core experiences of both bank administrators and bank customers. The includes crafting streamlined user flows, building robust APIs, and integrating with third-party software like Plaid or Sendgrid.
Description
● You love writing clean, thoroughly documented, and well-tested code, with an eye for long term viability and performance. ● You measure twice and code once when writing features, placing an emphasis on error-handling, logging, and edge cases for every service you write. ● You enjoy the challenge of breaking down complex product asks into elegant solutions. ● You are comfortable and experienced with system design, and not only have architectural opinions but are comfortable writing, speaking, and advocating for them. ● You approach architectural challenges not with answers but with questions, and from those questions decide upon the best approach, knowing that there is no best solution, only different sets of tradeoffs to be made. ● You enjoy providing technical guidance, suggestions, and code reviews for your teammates, using your knowledge to raise the bar of their work as well.
Requirements
● 6+ years professional experience with front end technologies (JavaScript, React, Vue, etc.) ● Exposure to backend services (NodeJS, NestJS) ● Well versed with REST APIs ● Experience working in an agile SCRUM environment ● Well versed with domain driven design ● Well versed with Microservice architecture
The salary range for this position is: $127,333 - $191,000

Have the opportunity to become a leading expert in all MANTL products and be the face of MANTL and a trusted advisor to our clients as they onboard. Each client has unique needs - you will be providing technical and operational guidance to help them effectively leverage our platform and drive maximum impact for their business while keeping the project on track and driving MANTL time to value. You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to build out processes that streamlines the client onboarding experience while ensuring a smooth transition after launching on MANTL. You should be comfortable with managing client-facing communication across mature organizations and interfacing with executives, project leads, and operational teams while acting as a customer advocate across internal product, engineering, and design teams.
About You: ● You learn new systems and processes quickly and approach complexities from an analytical perspective. ● You have a proven track record/ability to train clients on the software and provide guidance on change management. ● You have an ability to create detailed implementation plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively. ● You Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. ● You have the ability to diagnose and resolve issues that arise during implementation. ● You are able to handle unexpected challenges and adjust implementation plans as needed. ● You regularly evaluate current implementation processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or areas for enhancement. ● You gather feedback from clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and areas needing improvement
We Are Looking For:
● 3+ years in a client-facing delivery role ● Technical aptitude to learn quickly and rapidly build product knowledge; understanding of web applications (e.g. json, xml, etc) and web services API's (e.g. SOAP, REST, etc.) ● Experience implementing enterprise software solutions ● Experience interfacing with technical teams ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing, with an ability to translate technical requirements into language that is understandable and digestible by different audiences
Preferred ● JIRA proficiency or similar project management software ● Prior experience at a FinTech company or other industry subject to regulations ● Prior experience as a technical project manager or similar role ● Enterprise SaaS Experience
The salary range for this position is: $97,818 - $146,727

We are seeking an experienced billing specialist for our Accountant I, Revenue & Billing position. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue, the Accountant I, Revenue & Billing is responsible for completing assigned client billing by compiling, reconciling, and analyzing all necessary data from contractual agreements and vendor/3rd party information. This position can be 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
<ul>
<li>Complete monthly billing cycle for assigned clients</li>
<li>Perform critical reviews of client contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of billing</li>
<li>Enter and manage multiyear billing subscriptions and coordinate with internal teams to validate and bill contractual milestones</li>
<li>Generate and manage reseller transactional import files and validate billing against customer contracts</li>
<li>Contact appropriate client personnel to resolve payment issues and report accounts receivable status updates to management team</li>
<li>Provide support in investigating and resolving any client billing issues in a timely manner, including submitting, processing, and communicating associated credit memos. </li>
<li>Reconcile and investigate changes in client billings</li>
<li>Assist with month end tasks as needed</li>
<li>Provide financial audit support as required</li>
<li>Review current processes and assist in creating and managing appropriate process documentation</li>
<li>Review existing process for areas to make improvements in accuracy and efficiency </li>
<li>Assist with ad hoc projects as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and two years of related experience preferred or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Experience in working in a shared service, corporate, operational, fast-growing environment</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and use of basic accounting principles, practices, procedures, and internal controls with emphasis on accounts receivable</li>
<li>Ability to professionally communicate both internally and externally with individuals at all levels of an organization, including senior leadership</li>
<li>Skilled in Microsoft (must be comfortable in Excel with v-lookup, pivot tables and good overall knowledge) and Google suites; proficient in complex accounting systems; NetSuite experience a plus</li>
<li>Self-starter with a can-do attitude</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced business environment</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines and goals</li>
<li>Exceptional time management skills</li>
