We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect – Communication Technology to lead the strategic planning and alignment of our communication systems and technologies, including contact centers, teleconferencing, conference room AV systems, and content and knowledge management platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define business requirements, ensure integration and interoperability of communication solutions, and drive projects that enhance collaboration, customer engagement, and overall business productivity. Strategic Planning & Architecture<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for communication technologies, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and technology strategy.</li>
<li>Evaluate emerging communication technology trends, identifying potential opportunities to enhance business capabilities and user experiences.</li>
<li>Define and document business and functional requirements for communication systems, ensuring scalable, future-ready solutions.</li>

<li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management<ul>
<li>Partner closely with business leaders across departments to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities related to communication technology.</li>
<li>Collaborate with scrum team, communications and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal deployment of telecommunication, AV, and collaboration systems.</li>
<li>Act as a bridge between scrum teams and business units, translating technical capabilities into clear business benefits.</li>

<li>
Solution Design & Optimization<ul>
<li>Design and implement efficient, integrated solutions for contact centers, teleconferencing platforms, conference room AV, and knowledge/content management systems.</li>
<li>Optimize existing systems and processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve user satisfaction.</li>
<li>Conduct regular assessments of communication technology solutions to identify gaps and areas for improvement.</li>
</ul>

<li>
Vendor & Technology Management<ul>
<li>Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring alignment with technical standards and business requirements.</li>
<li>Lead vendor negotiations in collaboration with procurement to secure favorable terms and maintain strong partnerships.</li>
<li>Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with SLAs and continuous value delivery.</li>
</ul>

<li>
Governance, Standards & Compliance<ul>
<li>Define and enforce standards, policies, and guidelines for the use of communication technologies across the organization.</li>
<li>Ensure all communication technology implementations comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Develop and oversee knowledge management practices to enhance content accessibility, organization, and sharing across teams.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Product Management & Change Leadership<ul>
<li>Lead roadmap development, budgeting, and resource allocation for communication technology initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive change management efforts to promote adoption of new tools and systems, conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support as needed.</li>
<li>Track roadmap progress, report on key metrics, and ensure timely completion of deliverables within budget.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
What we're looking for
<ul>
<li>In-depth knowledge of contact center solutions, teleconferencing platforms, AV systems, and content/knowledge management systems.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to align technology solutions to business needs and goals.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships across departments and levels.</li>
<li>Experience with product management, budgeting, and resource allocation in technology initiatives.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in business architecture, with a focus on communication technology or a related domain. </li>
</ul>
Preferred Experience:
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with leading communication technology vendors and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Salesforce Service Cloud, RingCentral, Sharepoint, etc.).</li>
<li>Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy standards for communication and content technology.</li>
<li>Proven experience in driving digital transformation and user adoption of new technologies.</li>

Job Overview
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the systems and processes required to forecast Avid’s product and technology investments. This role provides the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Product & Engineering leaders to assess the Total Cost of Ownership of AvidXchange products. Ideal candidates will possess financial acumen in capital allocation; have portfolio management, or Product experience; and possess a passion for researching and problem-solving independently.
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to the Engineering & Product Leadership Teams.</li>
<li>Collectively support the development data-driven, financial models to assess the Total Cost of Ownership for our Market Solutions.</li>
<li>Support routine forecasting of departmental and Solution Investments for respective business units.</li>
<li>Work with business partners and peers within the finance organization to educate, train, and enable them to understand and effectively manage investment levels.</li>
<li>Maintain and improve efficient communication routines to provide data driven recommendations that supplement regular planning processes. This includes distributing KPI reports, managing Risk & Opportunity schedules, and developing ad-hoc analyses, as necessary.</li>
<li>Collaborate with peers in finance, controllership, and data intelligence to ensure data is consistently and accurately maintained, enabling in-depth analyses in areas such as vertical, customer, and product lines.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting or Finance and with 3-5 years of prior relevant experience.</li>
<li>Superior analytical skills and insatiable business curiosity to understand investments.</li>
<li>Must have demonstrated the highest levels of mastery of Excel</li>
<li>Intermediate database skills, as well as familiarity with other Microsoft Office products and corporate ERP systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of accounting, reporting, forecasting/business intelligence systems.</li>
<li>Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Unquestioned professional integrity.</li>
<li>MBA, preferably in $500M+ software business (preferably Software-as-a-Service, FINTECH and transactional revenue models)</li>
<li>Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights Modeling/Administration, PowerBI and SQL</li>
<li>Business acumen in either Portfolio Management, or Product Operations functions and understanding of financial systems [ERP, Forecasting & Product/Portfolio management].</li>
<li>Experience in Capital Allocation systems for Program / Product Management.</li>
<li>Exemplary business partnership and cross functional management skills.</li>
<li>Manages competing demands and adapts to frequent change, delays, and unexpected results</li>

As a Content Strategy Manager, you will be an integral member of the AvidXchange Growth Marketing team, helping to guide prospects through the marketing funnel by developing and executing winning content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, strong writing abilities and project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop and amplify content.
What you'll do:

<li>Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives</li>
<li>Use audience research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy decisions</li>
<li>Align content measurement with team KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement</li>
<li>Manage and execute all aspects of content creation, including brainstorming, research, writing, editing, and production (including working with freelancers) for a variety of content types, e.g., blog posts, eBooks, case studies, webinars, podcasts and videos</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to define, design, and implement messaging strategies</li>

<li>Proven track record of producing content that met or exceeded KPIs</li>
<li>Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech a plus</li>
