We are growing at the fastest pace in the history of our company and are looking to hire the top sales talent across crypto, fintech, and traditional finance. We're looking for candidates in the New York City Area who can work on-site at our Manhattan office location. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to co-own client relationships. Provide support for live deals, including but not limited to preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with other internal teams.</li>
<li>Become a subject matter expert in fintech & payments</li>
<li>Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products</li>
<li>Work in a fast paced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams including trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support.</li>
<li>Responsible for the full sales-cycle. Prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and importantly, close. </li>
<li>Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of BitGo's products and how they meet the needs of a specific client 
</li>

Skills & Experience
BitGo is looking for people who are passionate about their craft, take full ownership for their work and projects, and believe in a transparent and collaborative culture with the goal of making BitGo successful. You must be intellectually curious and be interested in learning a little (or a lot!) about a broad range of sectors that utilize blockchain. 
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech. Client-facing experience preferred but not required. </li>
<li>Experience interacting with and offering white-glove coverage and service to institutional clients</li>
<li>Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, custody</li>
<li>Ability to work in a competitive, fast paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skill</li>
</ul>

<li>Demonstrated interest in digital assets</li>
<li>Knowledge of any of the following: payments, protocols and tokens, DeFi, NFTs</li>

BitGo is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Growth organization and help us build resilient, robust services and are responsible for working on critical projects with limited or no supervision.
This role will require being full-time onsite at our Palo Alto office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Build, lead, and develop a team of talented and high-impact engineers, providing cultural, technical, and hands-on leadership</li>
<li>Grow the team and actively help shape the culture of open communication, craftsmanship, and ownership</li>
<li>Take direct responsibility for quality and delivery of the team’s work</li>
<li>Own all technology and services that power BitGo’s Web experiences including onboarding, authentication, product workflows etc for retail and institutional customers.</li>
<li>Act as a strong, positive bridge between engineering teams and product operations, support, compliance, and business stakeholders</li>
<li>Own, drive, and be accountable to KPIs pertaining to efficiency of internal operations, aspects of client experience, and service uptime</li>

<li>Collaborate with management and product teams to plan, estimate, and prioritize roadmap objectives</li>

Required
<ul>
<li>Work experience as a manager or similar senior-level position at an engineering department</li>
<li>8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, 2+ years in a managerial role leading engineers</li>
<li>Understanding of and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain</li>
<li>Strong desire to automate where possible and build tooling for a more efficient workflow</li>
<li>Strong debugging skills and ability to grasp the interconnected nature of complex systems</li>
<li>Proven experience sourcing and hiring top engineering talent</li>
<li>Experience working in a cross-team environment, collaborating with and enabling other functions to drive broader departmental goals</li>
<li>A self-starter capable of adapting quickly and being decisive</li>
<li>Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>Experience with NodeJS, TypeScript, Postgres, React and Kafka</li>
<li>Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures</li>

BitGo is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to join our growing Trust Operations team. In this role, you will provide operational support and customer service for banking transactions, ensuring the efficient opening and closing of accounts, accurate processing of transactions, and overall administration of accounts under our custody. You will work with internal and external teams to resolve account-related issues and continuously improve operational systems. 
Key Responsibilities:
