<p>The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. <p>We’re looking for an analytical, creative, and driven Marketing Director to lead our Americas Regional Marketing team at Fireblocks! You’ll work in close collaboration sales to lead, develop and execute region-specific integrated marketing strategies and programs to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion. You will have the opportunity to work closely with and have significant input with all marketing functions.</p>
<h3>
<strong>Responsibilities</strong> </h3>
<ul>
<li>Full ownership of the strategy, execution and performance of the Americas region marketing plan to drive awareness, new pipeline and expansion of business within our existing customers. This includes topical and ABM campaigns, events, webinars and content.</li>
<li>Lead and collaborate with sales teams and business segment leaders on go-to-market strategy for the Americas and develop a deep understanding of the key markets (including both North America and LatAm), segments, and sales teams’ needs.</li>
<li>Monitoring and reporting on marketing program performance, effectiveness, progress, and goal attainment and providing recommendations for optimisation.</li>
<li>Managing and monitoring spend and ROI to ensure budget decisions meet quarterly and yearly targets.</li>
<li>Driving the relationship and processes between marketing, BDRs, and sales to ensure productive regional support and revenue generation.</li>
<li>Own the marketing relationship and representation on Americas sales forecast calls, QBRs, and other events of collaboration.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Required Skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>12+ years of integrated marketing experience in B2B software or cybersecurity industry, proven track record of planning and executing impactful demand generation & awareness programs</li>
<li>Experience in financial services, fintech, blockchain, or crypto is preferred</li>
<li>Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented</li>
<li>Self-motivated, with critical attention to detail, creative problem-solving, high collaboration, and uncompromising commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience.</li>
<li>Flexibility, adaptability and the passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization and project management skills</li>
<li>Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to travel internationally is required</li>

<p>For employees hired to work from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.</p>
<p>It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $159,000 to $215,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits. <h3><strong>What you’ll do </strong></h3>
<p>The Renewals Manager is responsible for supporting the Customer Success team in their mission to retain and grow Fireblocks’ customers. Renewals Manager is responsible for ensuring timely and successful renewal of customer subscriptions while providing a seamless customer experience. The role aims to deliver predictable and efficient renewals through a proactive engagement in the customer lifecycle.</p>
<p>The Renewals Manager will work in close alignment to the Customer success managers, Account managers, Sales directors and Finance teams, to manage the renewal process and the addition of services and decommissioning of accounts.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques while also minimizing customer churn and contraction.</li>
<li>Analyzing customer renewal data and current renewal agreements to determine retention and uplift strategy.</li>
<li>Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded</li>
<li>Evaluate license usage and complete true-up requirements</li>
<li>Understand our portfolio and align customer’s business needs and goals to generate renewal quotes</li>
<li>Provide renewals administration support to co termed expansion opportunities</li>
<li>Ensure that renewals are closed on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewals strategy and plans, leveraging customer analytics and metrics.</li>
<li>Liaise with customers to ensure POs and order forms are accurately completed to allow for internal deal approval.</li>
<li>Ability to identify opportunity and customer-level risk and coordinate the mitigation.</li>
<li>Contribute to the improvement of the renewal process, policies, and tools including helping others on the team.</li>
<li>Provides accurate weekly forecasts and status of renewals and associated risks.</li>
<li>Negotiate and bring to successful closure renewals for assigned customers.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in renewals, sales operations, and account management in high-growth SaaS technology environments is required</li>
<li>Experience negotiating contracts and working with high volume of SaaS renewals is essential</li>
<li>Proficiency with Salesforce, Customer success software, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications is required</li>
<li>Experience in working across functions to deliver customer-facing quotes/proposals</li>
<li>Consistent track record of accurate forecasting and achieving or exceeding quota targets</li>
<li>Prioritize requests based on importance and timing for key decision-making or events</li>
<li>Manage a renewal pipeline and forecast renewal rates on a monthly and quarterly basis</li>
<li>History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
