The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Platform Engineering Team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of developers and coordinate with other disciplines like QA, SRE, Product and Technical Writers.
The Platform team is responsible for Flywire’s inbound payments and the handling of funds. We work to ensure a secure, efficient, and transparent experience for both the sender and receiver of funds. The team is core for Flywire’s business, providing best in class payor experiences, and processing payments in the fastest, most secure and most cost-effective way, enabling vertical solution teams to be able to grow our business and provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
Engineering Managers in Flywire have a good technical background so they are able to keep the technical vision and development practices moving on the right path. They can directly contribute from their experience, remove blockers, and reduce risk to ensure successful team deliveries. They also lead development teams and support their developers to grow both personally and technically.
In This Work, You Will:
<ul>
<li>Support a high-visibility team with significant impact on the company vision and its product.</li>
<li>Work with a highly motivated independent team of developers, enabling them to produce high quality software and overcome product challenges along the way.</li>
<li>Work closely with SRE, QA, and Product teams to improve and maintain the core payments Platform in Flywire.</li>
<li>Manage the career progression for the developers of the team and follow their development on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Actively participate in the hiring activities for the Platform team.</li>
<li>Work closely with other Engineering Managers to foster collaboration between different areas and teams, aligning product initiatives with the company's technical strategy.</li>
<li>Collaborate actively with other working groups in the company to drive engineering-wide initiatives, while utilizing your years of technical experience. </li>
</ul>

The Opportunity:
As a key member of the global Revenue Operations team, the Growth Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency, scalability, and visibility across the revenue engine by streamlining processes and unlocking the full potential of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack. This role is ideal for an efficiency and automation-minded operator, who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, process, technology, and execution. 
In this role, you will directly impact Flywire’s ability to scale Revenue Operations globally across Education, Travel, B2B, and Healthcare verticals. By simplifying processes, improving data flow, and enabling AI and automation, you’ll empower our GTM teams to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth.
Local to Boston is preferred. What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Design and optimize Sales processes: Enable for scale by identifying friction points and reducing manual effort – while also maintaining both process and data integrity </li>
<li>Drive the RevOps tech stack roadmap: Ensure our technology investments deliver measurable business impact, streamline sales processes, and drive strong user adoption </li>
<li>Identity and execute AI and automation opportunities: Enhance both seller and RevOps productivity and data reliability (e.g., AI-driven coaching and insights; data enrichment) </li>
<li>Gather and prioritize business requirements: Partner with GTM leaders, end-users, and Systems architects to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and governed appropriately </li>
<li>Lead tool training and adoption: Develop and deliver tech stack enablement playbooks and track adoption to measure value realization across the GTM teams</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>6-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions – preferably in a financial payments and/or B2B software environment </li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of GTM processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline, and commissions) and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce/CPQ, Gong, and Marketo)</li>
<li>Proven experience designing scalable processes, leveraging data and technology to drive measurable business impact </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally, bridge business needs with technical solutions, and deliver impactful and timely projects </li>
<li>A proactive, efficiency-thinking approach with a passion for continuous improvement and automation</li>

The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Payment Experience Associate I. 
Payment Experience roles at Flywire are not your typical ‘support’ roles. As the first point of contact at Flywire, you will be equipped with broad knowledge of Flywire's core business capabilities, which alongside your positive attitude and the support of our amazing global team, allows you to troubleshoot any aspect of our payer’s problems. 
As part of this role, you will be the first person customers connect with Flywire who guides them through their payment process. You will liaise closely with all departments in a fast-paced environment where growth and change are the norm. A Payment Experience Associate is a problem-solver, who is excited to be a part of a spirited team and is a knowledge expert to solve complex payment inquiries. You're highly skilled at uncovering customers' needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Resilience, curiosity, cultural awareness, and empathy are key traits, as your day-to-day will be filled with communicating internationally. The role offers a strong base to build a career within Flywire.
You will 
<ul>
<li>Develop a substantial understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate, efficient and personalized solutions to Flywire users. </li>
<li>Address complex customers' questions and concerns by phone, chat, email or any applicable contact channels with speed, professionalism and empathy. Be a brand ambassador and make a positive first impression of Flywire. </li>
<li>Carry out proactive payer outreach, as needed, to support the completion of a booking or the resolution of an issue.</li>
<li>Solve complex payment problems utilizing different software tools and collaborating closely with team members and other departments.</li>
<li>Conduct daily follow-up with previously unresolved requests.</li>

Here’s What We’re Looking For: General

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000-$48,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
