About the Role:
We're looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our Seattle office team! In this role, you'll report to the Seattle Workplace Supervisor and serve as the primary point of contact for onsite event support. You'll also play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations and ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience for all employees, visitors, and vendors.

You Will:
<ul>
<li>Facilitate and provide logistical support for Remitly Seattle's onsite events while ensuring compliance with all office policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Be the primary contact for event organizers and caterers.</li>
<li>Coordinate with security, property management, and the loading dock master to facilitate building and suite access.</li>
<li>Welcome and assist local and visiting employees, vendors, guests, and candidates.</li>
<li>Maintain the functionality and cleanliness of reception, kitchen, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage office supply inventory, ensuring all areas are well stocked and supplies are replenished in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outbound shipping, including international.</li>
<li>Manage access badges and ID cards for employees and visitors.</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul>
<li>Minimum two years' experience in reception, office administration, events, facilities support or other transferable experience, including working directly with vendors.</li>
<li>Minimum two years' experience in office productivity applications.</li>
<li>Experience with basic IT issues and working with IT or desk-side services.</li>
</ul>
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $26 – $32. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan. About the Role:
We are looking for someone who can combine rigorous analytical and partner management skillsets to build pricing engines and lead strategy across regions to enhance profitability. Within this role, you will work with multiple partners including GM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science teams.
You'll be responsible for deep diving into customer behavior across different segments to understand the first- and second-order impact of our pricing decisions and subsequently partner with our GM teams to create pricing hypotheses, set up tests, and analyze performance.
You will report to the Head of Pricing, Americas, and this role will require 3 days a week in our Seattle, Washington headquarters.
You Will:
<ul>
<li>Build financial and predictive models to improve pricing strategies and increase revenue.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to design pricing experiments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with partners to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with team goals.</li>
<li>Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to inform pricing strategy.</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul>
<li>3+ years in a data analyst role or similar full-time, professional experience</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, economics, or another quantitative field (or equivalent additional experience)</li>
<li>Intermediate SQL Proficiency</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis</li>
<li>Expertise with statistical concepts (e.g. A/B testing, probability theory, forecasting) and how they can be applied in real-world situations</li>
<li>Experience distilling business problems, developing hypotheses, building an analytical framework, carrying out an analysis, and writing a clear recommendation</li>
<li>Strong data storytelling skills, including data visualization, technical writing, and business writing</li>
<li>Experience finding creative solutions within the constraints of complex systems and policies</li>
</ul>
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $112,000 – $126,000. About the Role:
Under the supervision of the Director, Analytics, the Senior Data Analyst will apply data science and analytics techniques to drive rational decision-making within Remitly’s core product. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval.
You Will:
<ul>
<li>Analyze complex and large datasets to provide analytic support and generate customer and financial insights across multiple business areas. </li>
<li>Own metrics used to evaluate Authentication system performance and customer friction. </li>
<li>Generate insights and help define & execute longer term product strategies and roadmaps across multiple product teams. </li>
<li>Formulate hypotheses, design and evaluate product experiments. </li>
<li>Build a unified understanding of how Authentication data, customer experiences, and goals align. </li>
<li>Monitor and identify bot detection methods to create response strategies to protect customers at the Authentication stage.</li>
</ul>
You Have:

<li>Position requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with business and data analytics.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with conducting strategic analysis, interpretation, and reporting of complex datasets.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with leading teams of cross-functional members to implement end-to-end analytics solutions.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with creating and optimizing BI platforms, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with data visualization using Tableau and Python.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with statistical experimentation methods using A/B testing, experimental design, power analysis, and non-parametric statistics.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with statistical concepts including regression, multivariate analysis and time series forecasting.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with extracting and manipulating data to create data tables using transform and load jobs.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with applying data design approaches to build and maintain foundational tables.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with Excel, Python, R, Redshift, S3, and SQL. </li>
