Summer Program Overview
Kelly Hart's eight-week summer program introduces second-year law students to the work environment they will experience as first-year associates. Each summer associate is partnered with two sponsors who guide them through the clerkship experience, facilitate introductions, advise on work assignments, provide feedback, and offer insight into Kelly Hart's culture.

- “Progressive Dinner: several junior- to senior-level associates host a brief party at their house before continuing onto the next one. It was a great social event, with fantastic catering, and allowed summer associates to see where senior associates were living, what the neighborhoods were like, etc. It was great exposure to what life might be like as a senior associate.”
