About the Company

AWR Lloyd was established 24 years ago with the goal of challenging the culture and methods of Western strategy consulting and investment banking groups. AWR Lloyd’s geographic focus is on the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and Africa. The firm has two main practice areas: Strategy & Corporate Finance and Sustainability. The Strategy & Corporate Finance practice provides equity advisory services (M&A, equity capital raising, IPOs, etc.), project advisory, and corporate finance strategy consulting. The Sustainability practice provides energy transition, crisis resiliency, ESG best practice, human rights due diligence, and public sector SDG (UN Sustainable Development Goal) consulting services.
