  • “We review all applications and grade them on a rubric. We select the top candidates for a first-round interview and respond to applicants in about a week. The top candidates from that interview move on to the final interview (which is usually about two weeks after the first round).”

Interviews are also structured, with every candidate asked the same questions, which reduces room for bias to impact the flow of the interview. Finally, the written test, which is also redacted before it is reviewed, evaluates how candidates perform on the job, which is the best possible evaluation. Candidates are notified quickly via an automated system of where they are in our evaluation process.”
