We work in small project teams where you will work side-by-side with ScottMadden leadership, learning from some of the most experienced and respected professionals in the industry. Project teams are typically composed of two to three consultants and a partner. Working closely with experienced ScottMadden partners and directors will maximize your learning and enable meaningful project contributions from the start.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Our work is varied and challenging. Whether you are working in the energy industry or across the varied industries served by our Corporate &amp;amp; Shared Services practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and interact with senior executives at our clients.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach—truly engaging clients, working side-by-side to produce results. We are flexible in the delivery of our services. We listen to our clients to understand their issues and then personalize our approach to focus on the things most important to our clients and their company’s success. We do more than just solve problems—we solve the right problems in the right way. Putting the clients’ needs first, every time, is the hallmark of the ScottMadden approach not only today but since our founding in 1983.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We know you have a life outside of work. Your job will be a demanding one, and we expect you to work hard at it. But we also encourage you to enjoy your free time. Weekend work is not generally required, and partners try to be flexible should you need to be home during the week for a special event, doctor’s appointment, or other non-work commitment. We encourage consultants to take the vacation time they are allotted.
