Tris Pharma is a privately held pharmaceutical company based in Monmouth Junction, NJ. It was founded in 2000 by Ketan Mehta, who still serves as the company’s CEO. Tris Pharma produces ADHD medications Dyanavel, Quillivant, and Quillichew. It also produces generic versions of many niche prescriptions that treat pain, high cholesterol, schizophrenia, gout, asthma, and many more conditions.

One of Tris Pharma’s most notable achievements is what they call LiquiXR. LiquiXR is a drug delivery technology that allows many kinds of medications, from liquids to chewable tablets, to have the properties of a more traditional extended-release capsule. This innovation allows those who have trouble swallowing capsules (for example, children or the elderly) to take their medication as prescribed more easily.
