  • “The firm has done an amazing job at treating us like full-time employees and not interns. Our hiring managers trust us with the projects that they have given us, they have provided us with the space to grow and flourish as interns with the intention of making us full pledge adults and employees that will go on and better serve their community. They have done a great job at connecting us with Senior Level Leadership as well and providing us with the opportunities to ask questions and advice in the areas that we previously did not have experience.”
  • “I love the work-life balance of a hybrid schedule. I really enjoy working from home since I have a decent commute every day; this saves me a lot of time. I also like working in office and communicating with my fellow coworkers. I think it is important to stay social within the workplace but also still have enough time to live my life outside of work. Sometimes there were not a lot of people on my floor, so I would go to a different floor to talk with the interns. We had 40-hour work weeks that honestly went by pretty fast. I never felt like the day was dragging on, and it felt a lot easier to work these hours compared to other jobs I have had.”
