Intern Reviews
- “My quality of life at the internship was amazing. I was able to feel at home and welcomed at the firm amongst everyone, no matter their position in the firm. There is a great work and life balance where I was able to get the work I needed to get done, but also have a life outside of just working.”
- “I was required to work 21 hours a week. The work-life balance has been amazing, as I can use my days off to enjoy time with family and friends. I have really enjoyed the culture and everyone I have been working with. Everyone is so flexible and understanding if you can't make it to work for any reason. It is amazing!”
- “Everyone at the firm is very hard working and willing to help interns with questions. The work-life balance is great—I was a full-time student while interning. Whenever I asked to shorten a day so I could catch up on studying, I was never denied. I also was never encouraged/pressured to work outside of my working hours.”
- “The interns were scheduled to work 9-5 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for 11 weeks throughout the summer, which is not a demanding schedule at all. It gave us lots of free time on the side, which was beneficial to me, as I was able to take summer classes at the same time. The culture and environment are great, as everyone is so nice and willing and able to help the interns when we are stuck or confused. They constantly reinforce the idea that no matter how silly you may think you're question is, it is better to reach out to them and ask questions to show your willingness to learn. Also, we have only been required to be in person a few days this summer, and the rest are optional, giving us the freedom to work from home, which is a nice option.”
Getting Hired Here
- “The hiring process for this internship was very easy to navigate as the interviewers were very clear each step of the way as to what comes next. The interviewers themselves were very kind and asked good, fair, and thought-provoking questions that had me excited to work at this firm.”
- “The application and interview process were seamless. I applied and got an answer within only a few days and scheduled my interview quickly. I did two interviews and got an offer very quickly. They are getting more selective, as they are getting more and more people applying for their internships.”
- “The hiring process was very fair. After I sent in my materials, I had one interview that served almost as a background check. I then interviewed with two employees, which served as a soft skill interview; no technical questions were asked. The interviewers asked engaging questions that turned into conversations. I enjoyed the interview.”
- “The interview process was satisfactory. The interviewer was kind and put me at ease, and I felt it was easier to be myself and to have a genuine conversation with them, rather than many of my other interview experiences where I felt like it was more of an interrogation.”
