Intern Reviews

  • “Everyone was very nice and helpful; you could tell that they really wanted you to succeed. We were expected to work around 40 hours a week. I think there was a great work/life balance.”
  • “The work culture is amazing! Super laidback and very forgiving. If I made a mistake, I would receive constructive criticism and positive feedback from others. Not only that, but I was also able to meet with so many new people, and it helped me build a lot of connections on the job. The internship program itself was really fun to do.”
  • “The quality of life overall at this internship has been extremely positive. The employees and management go out of their way to make you feel included and seen. The office and hangar are lively and never dull. People know your name and are more than willing to strike up a conversation with you.”
  • “We had to be in the office all week, but we went on a lot of field trips, attended meetings, and took part in development sessions. So I was not stuck in my cubicle all day. The culture was great as everyone was nice and very helpful.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “My interactions with the interviewers were extremely positive. They were very engaging and created a calm environment.”
  • “After applying, it two weeks for the company to contact me to set up a phone interview with an HR representative. I was also interviewed in person by the individual who I would directly report to, along with his manager. I received an offer shortly afterward. Interviews were not difficult - very typical (what is your experience, grades & GPA, etc.).”
  • “Everyone was friendly and gave me a good overview of AAR and what I would be doing.”
