Intern Reviews
- “Everyone in my group was extremely nice, [it] seemed like they had my best interest in mind. Worked late nights and weekends (especially Sundays). Office is really nice [and] has unlimited snacks & drinks. Free lunch 3 days a week and dinner/uber every night.”
- “Very high quality of life. Firm culture is incredible. Seniors are reasonable with deliverable deadlines, and there is no unnecessary work.”
- “People and general firm culture are both great. Hours were a bit brutal at times, but that was probably due to a busy season.”
- “Overall culture is great. The hours are longer, but that is to be expected with this job. On average I worked ~70 hours a week.”
Getting Hired Here
- “... There was an initial behavioral screen over Zoom with an associate and an analyst to evaluate my cultural fit. It seemed genuine but also straight to the point. There was then a technical screen to assess my competencies of the job, and then my Superday quickly followed. I received my Superday decision a few hours after its conclusion. All of my interactions with interviewers were pleasant. The interviews were not that challenging – anyone who meaningfully studies for investment banking interviews will do well. The standards seem to be quite high for fielding applicants – all of the interns with whom I have worked have impressive academic pedigrees and are very competent …”
- “Difficulty was not that high until the Superday, probably could be a little more selective but was pretty standard overall.”
- “Interviews were relatively easy, balance of technicals and behaviorals, timeline was quick, only three days to sign offer.”
- “Highly selective process with 1st and 2nd round phone screenings. From there, you are selected for a Superday involving multiple case studies and ~5 30-minute in-person interviews with analysts through director-level employees. Interviews involve the usual restructuring interview technicals and normal behaviorals.”
