Intern Reviews
- “Culture is supportive and friendly. Long hours, but the work is intriguing and keeps me motivated.”
- “Although we worked long hours, the environment at the firm was positive and supportive. There were a lot of great mentorship opportunities which helped me develop quickly over the internship period.”
- “Hours are standard for the industry. Team does a great job of respecting interns' Saturdays, and although you work long hours, the people with you along the way make it enjoyable.”
- “The company really makes an effort to get teams and the broader intern class together in terms of socials, lake days, etc. The environment in the office is great—I feel like I can ask anyone in the office a question on something and they will respond in a fast and kind manner. I work approximately 55 hours a week, I would say, but it really depends on the week. The work/life balance was definitely there compared to other investment banks.”
Getting Hired Here
- “Piper Sandler's hiring process felt intentionally selective, ensuring a diverse intern class across backgrounds and target/non-target schools. Additionally, the PSC recruiting team is best-in-class and provided tremendous guidance and attention through the recruitment season.”
- “Two rounds of interviews: one Hirevue & one Super day (two hours)”
- “The hiring process was efficient and straightforward but did not leave a ton of room for information and feedback on my performances.”
- “Interviews were very organized and structured well. Difficulty was on the easier side.”
