Intern Reviews
- “Excellent team culture. Banking comes with hard hours and stressful schedules no matter what organization you're part of. However, TDS does a lot to make sure that interns have a fun, engaging, and educational experience. The upper management is extremely diligent in terms of finding work for interns to do but also being accommodating. TDS' employees are all friendly and helpful. Everyone seems invested in your success and genuinely wants to see you get a return offer.”

- “The firm culture is fantastic, and the internship program provided me with the platform and experience I needed to start my career in the industry. I worked around 50 hours a week, with some weeks requiring more hours.”

Most of my experiences with interviewers were very positive, as they engaged in conversation to learn more about me and my background. The interviews weren't too difficult, probably a 6.5 to 7 out of 10, but preparation in terms of learning about TDS' profile, what my group did, and general finance technicals were a must. I'm not too sure about the selectivity; I imagine quite a few people applied, but I have no knowledge of acceptance percentages.”
- “I went through a diversity/women's program during my interview process., which was great. I met people across the firm and got the opportunity to network with the team ahead of my interviews and got to know the firm's culture. Interviews were mostly behavioral.”
- “A first-round interview followed by a Super Day with three interviewers. All interviewers asked thoughtful questions, and the process was well run.”
- “The interview process and interviews were pretty straightforward. I was reached out to by the team, and the process consisted of a first-round follower by a Super Day with three other full-time employees—an Associate, VP, and MD.”
