Getting Hired Here
- “After applying, there was a phone interview with the main recruiter to learn more about the position and so they could learn more about you. After that, there were two interviews with team leads within the department that were over Microsoft Teams. The questions were not overly hard and thus far they seem to have aligned well with the position requirements. The interviewers were very nice and the process was relatively quick and not stretched out!”
- “Was able to do a site visit before the interviews, which showed what the office space looked like, and really allowed me to picture myself working here. Interviews were all really great and my interviewers were really friendly and interesting to talk to. ”
- “There was one phone interview and two Teams virtual interviews. The interviewers were very personable and genuinely seemed interested in me as a person. The interviews were a good mix of behavioral and situational questions, as well as time at the end for questions about the internship.”
- “After screening, an early careers recruiter reached out to me for the first round of interview then scheduled a second interview with managers at my site. First interview [was] more general and the second was more specific. Easy application and interview process.”
