Intern Reviews
- “I was required to work 40 hours per week. The environment was very supportive and flexible, which allowed me to utilize my individual working style and choose when exactly I wanted to work, which turned out to be of immense help to my professional growth.”
- “The company culture was amazing and ultimately convinced me to pursue a full-time position here. The flex work and work/life balance policies were great as well. I worked eight hours a day (full time).”
- “The overall environment is friendly and helpful, especially on site where people have lunch and work together. I worked 40 hours per week, and there's a good work life balance.”
- “As an intern, I was allowed to work my own hours, but my schedule aligned with my team's, which fell on normal business hours. Being in a hybrid working environment kept the work/life balance in check, since I wasn't required to commute into the office all the time. Everyone I've interacted with at the company, no matter their level or status at the company, have always been very approachable and happy to talk about anything. I found that this made my work with other teams very easy.”
Getting Hired Here
- “I was very impressed with the hiring process. Very soon after I started my search for internships, I heard back for a screening interview. A couple weeks later, I had a more informal interview with my manager, and then I was called in for a technical interview. I wouldn't say the technical interview was difficult, but even though I didn't necessarily ace it, the interviewers (from the team I ended up working on) focused more on my thinking and reasoning, which definitely made it less nerve-racking!”
- “The interviews were conducted in a very friendly and low-stress manner. I believe there were too many technical questions during the technical interview stage (which was conducted before the in-person interviews and which required me to individually answer 30 or so questions and complete a short coding assignment). Other than that, I found the interviews to be well-organized.”
- “The interviewers were very passionate and friendly. The turnaround time from when I got accepted as a candidate to my final decision was also extremely fast.”
- “Not really difficult. Great communication. There were 25 spots and 1,000 people applying.”
