Intern Reviews
- “It was an amazing experience; the culture at ServiceNow is fantastic. I felt very engaged with my team and project. The Early In Career team did an excellent job with onboarding and organizing events for interns.”
- “I was required to work 40 hours a week as it was a full-time position. The company culture was fantastic; everyone was willing to help and guide me through my project.”
- “I think the company has an amazing culture, and people are genuinely interested in you learning and growing. There is also a push to enhance work-life balance, and we were treated to numerous activities that allowed for that. We also enjoyed at least 2 fully paid wellness days away from work.”
- “The amenities at the office are great; there's a great gym, the food is good, and it is subsidized, and great free snacks and coffee. The people are great as well and everyone was very welcoming and super easy to work with.”
Getting Hired Here
- “I had one behavioral interview with my recruiter and three back-to-back technical interviews with my future team.”
- “The interview was split into two parts: technical and behavioral. The interview wasn't difficult, and the people were very nice. My recruiter was great, she always kept up with me even throughout the internship and she was very quick to give updates.”
- “The best recruiters/interview process I've had. Interviews were not too difficult, in my opinion, but all interns selected are extremely competent/exceptional, and I see the process as selective. Great experience overall and made me feel welcomed/wanted at the company.”
- “There were 4 stages in my interview process. A recruiter screen, a culture fit interview, a behavioral interview, and a case interview.”
