About the Company
UserTesting was founded in 2007 by Dave Garr and Darrell Benatar in San Francisco, California. The founders started the company in light of their frustrations with the traditional user research process, which was often time-consuming and expensive. UserTesting initially focused on providing quick and affordable access to user feedback through interactive recorded video sessions.
