WillowTree’s internship program is available in several of the company’s teams, including business development, digital strategy, design, software engineering, and test engineering. Interns work on real client projects for the company, not mock or intern-only projects. Interns can expect to grow their skills and networks with social events, lunch-and-learn events, and more.

WillowTree, a TELUS Digital Company, designs customer experiences for a variety of companies and industries. It designs and builds mobile apps and websites, launches personalized and automated marketing campaigns, and does it all with the latest in generative AI and machine learning. WillowTree’s client roster spans verticals and company sizes. Select clients include T-Mobile, Marriott, Allianz, Dexcom, PepsiCo, FOX Sports, Synchrony Financial, Domino’s, and Manulife.

The company culture was great – chill/laid back. The hours were 9-5, but coming in a little late and leaving early was okay as long as you got your work done. Also working from home was always an option on days that you needed that. The people were all very nice and fun to talk to/hang out with. Overall, it was a great experience.”
