Intern Reviews
- “I really like the people and the company’s focus on work/life balance. Everyone is cognizant of life outside of work, and there is never the expectation to work beyond agreed-upon hours.”
- “The quality of life at Hilti is amazing. The freedom that your bosses give your work is very nice. The culture is awesome; everyone trusts each other to get the job done, and it is not a toxic environment. I am required to work eight hours a day, which flies by.”

- “The work environment is very welcoming and encouraging, and my mentors were always willing to lend a hand. The managers were also very supportive and approachable. The work and life balance were very good.”
- “I was not required to work more than 40 hours a week, and my manager was really understanding when I needed to work from home or take time for myself. I was able to manage my time to serve my needs for breaks and wellness. The environment is very healthy, and I have the freedom to learn and move around. My coworkers were respectful of my space and were always willing to help out. I felt confident reserving rooms and walking around the office, even being an intern; everyone was welcoming and willing to get to know who I am as a person. There was good diversity, and the facility, in general, is very well-kept. My desk was an amazing place to work (moving desk, comfortable sitting, light), and there were enough third places I could go to if I needed to move around to work.”

- “The hiring process was very clear. I had one interview with members from my department and multiple calls with the hiring staff members to keep me in the loop.”
- “I had three interviews, and the interviews were not stressful and very focused on persuading me to join the company. They were not intended to trick you with any hard questions.”
