About the Company
Buck’s origins can be traced back to 1916, when George B. Buck, Sr. founded Buck Consultants. Initially the organization was an actuary firm, but has since placed an emphasis on human resource consulting and outsourcing. In the late 1990s, Buck Consultants was acquired by Mellon Financial, and after a long series of further acquisitions and reorganizations, Buck Consultants was purchased by Xerox.
