Intern Reviews

  • “The firm culture was overall very healthy and positive. I witnessed that everyone on the team truly valued work/life balance and was respectful of our personal lives. The hours were reasonable, and we were never expected to stay in the office past the delegated hours.”
  • “As an intern, I am required to work 40 hours a week. My internship offered me a hybrid work environment, which allowed for a flexible work-life balance. In addition, I worked in a very collaborative environment which allowed me to network with other colleagues in the office and expand my professional development.”
  • “As an intern, I am working 40 hours a week, but I have been able to see the first-year hires around me and how much they work as well. Work-life balance is very important in my company, and the culture of coworkers is very positive and teamwork-driven.”
  • “Worked a standard 40 hours with an occasional staying an extra hour to get ahead. Teammates were always encouraging, and the mentorship is fully ingrained into the internship program.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “Interviews were more like conversations. Interviewers wanted to know about our background, academic experience, past internships, and why we were interested in the firm. They were also curious about technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.”
  • “There were four interviews overall. The interviews were challenging, but the interviewers were kind and understanding.”
  • “I think the interviews were selective without being unreasonable. There was a big focus on interpersonal skills over case studies, which I think is very fair for an internship.”
  • “I was impressed with my company's timeline for the hiring process. They responded within a reasonable amount of time after my initial application was submitted and each interview. I also enjoyed talking with the interviewers, and my recruiter was extremely helpful.”
