Intern Reviews

  • “Management is very kind and flexible. It's a hybrid program with a 3-day in-office requirement, but you have control over which days you come in, and they aren't fixed, so your schedule is totally flexible throughout the duration of the program, which is great. It is a full-time program, so the expectation is 40-hour weeks. Managers have been very considerate of my bandwidth; rather than just assigning tasks, they always check in, see how much time I have available, etc.”

  • “Having a strong work/life balance is incredibly important to me, and it is also very clearly important to the Publicis Health culture. Most people log in at 9 am and log off by 5/6 pm unless a very large project is due in a timely manner. I never felt overwhelmed to the point where I could not finish my job within work hours. Most people here prioritize a work/life balance and take advantage of PTO, which I think is extremely important and beneficial.”
  • “I enjoyed the hybrid schedule. As a commuter, WFH days alleviated a lot of the burden the comes with travel. Additionally, my coworkers were warm and welcoming—coming into work was always a joy! I worked 40 hours a week, which I feel is appropriate for an ideal work/life balance.”
  • “There is a great attitude toward work/life balance. People work hard and more than 9-5, but still less than most other agencies. People are friendly.”

Getting Hired Here

  • “I had a rather enjoyable interview experience. After interviewing with my direct manager and another Account Manager on our team, I felt incredibly excited for the opportunity to work with them and knew that Publicis Health would be a good fit for me. However, after my initial Hirevue interview, it did take a long time to hear back about my final interviews, so a response in a timelier manner would have been appreciated.”

  • “I think the interview process was pretty straightforward, with a one-way recorded interview first and then a live interview with two employees later on. I'm not sure how selective they were, but the interview experience overall was good. My only complaint with the hiring process was how stretched out it was because there were large windows of time in between when I applied, did the one-way interview, did the live interview, and then got the offer. I would prefer if the timeline was more sped up in the future or moved earlier into the school year.”
  • “Amazingly kind people, took some time but worked out in the end.”
